Justin, Echo, Gino, Stephen, Timmy, Michael, Lynsey and I
went to the house of Peggy’s mother to make dumplings in this morning.
The stuffing of dumpling usually composed of pork and leeks or cabbages, but Peggy used string beans at this time. We minced string beans and mixed it with pork. Peggy’s dumplings were the most beautiful: Lynsey, Echo and I also did a good job. However, Stephen, Justin and Michael made some funny-shaped dumplings which looked like UFO, seahorse, shark, and purse. Justin even made a dumpling without stuffing, I thought nobody wanted to eat included himself. After we finished our lunch, we sang songs for entertainment. There were not many latest pop songs to be chosen, but we still had fun in the afternoon. Timmy surprised everyone because his voice was as powerful as a vocal of a rock and roll band. What’s more amazing was he could imitate girl’s voice! Justin said:”It’s hard to combine his face and voice. ”
In the evening, Peggy and her husband, Jerry and Ai-ting, Gino, Michael, Timmy, Lynsey, Stephen and I went to an expensive restaurant on Yang Ming Mountain. We saw an astonishing panorama of Taipei City at that restaurant. The lights of the buildings glittered and the headlights of the cars shined on the highway in the night. Then, we went to Chin-Tian Hill where an extensive field was. It was my first time to visit this place; we sat on the ground, side by side, looked at sparkly stars in the sky. The wind was a little cool so we didn’t stay there for a long time. It was a delightful night for me.
